The Rescue Dog Blog started its week with a beautiful Italian Greyhound named Onyx. She is a sweetie who loves to cuddle with her family and she makes great Puppy Dog Eyes too. After that we covered Zeus, the other half of the miracle duo of Zeus and Athena, two Dobermans who had every reason to give up but didn't, thanks to the fact that there were so many humans who wouldn't give up on them. On Wednesday we shared our first round of Puppy Dog Eyes!!!! I have been thrilled with our reader response to this. Not only are we getting some good Puppy Dog Eyes pictures, but we're also finding some new rescue stories too. Keep them coming please! I was gone all day on Thursday and didn't get a chance to post, but on Friday I was lucky enough to find an update on the adorable dog/kitten duo who were featured on the blog a few weeks ago. They have been adopted and really seem to have found a great furever home, which is why they continue to make such a great Feel-Good Friday story.
